After a 4 year hiatus from releasing new music, the 1980 release of "Feelin' the Groove" was a return to form for Popsie Funk.
With a new look and a new attitude, Popsie fully embraced the fresh 80's sound that was taking over the nation.
Popsie took his traditional funk sound and incorporated heavy use of 80's synthesizer technology to become a pioneer of the "Synthwave" movement.

But in all seriousness, I'd love to explain my process, but I'd be sitting here for an hour typing a response.
Long story short, there are various A.I. programs out there. Most A.I. songs are generated via A.I. sites that take a brief description and generate a random song based on a few keywords.
That's the easy way to do it. I don't do things the easy way 😎 ✌

@@EarthWindandFirepower0990 basically, an algorithm, be it web based or software based, is trained to recognize song patterns and then programmed to generate music based on entries into a command prompt.
It is then up to the user to manipulate the algorithm and generate segments of tracks. The skill is in learning how to manipulate the algorithm to produce the desired effect.
Using A.I. can be simple, such as merely giving the prompt a basic command, such as: "70's Funk song about a fine girl"
However, the best results come from patience, dedication and taking the time to master the algorithm. Even then, it can be extremely tedious to discipline the algorithm to follow your commands.
A.I. is literally an abbreviation for Artificial Intelligence and as such, it has a mind of it's own. It constantly thinks it's compositions are better than the ones you suggest and will frequently disobey your commands.
For example, maybe you want a banjo section in a funk song. Well, the A.I. is going to say: "What? Banjo doesn't go with funk. I think wah-wah guitar would sound better. I'm going with that."
You have to find creative ways to "Trick" the A.I. into doing what you want it to do. Those who take the time to master the algorithm will produce vastly superior tracks.
The best of the best are the ones who master the algorithm, write their own lyrics, compose their own music (at least loosely) and mix and edit the tracks with external software.
