The way I notice to Saladin He can’t take care of his family alone .He need somebody .A maid . Saladin is lucky he got Fatima sister and Laila ,and Adel for now. We don’t know behind the camera .but I enjoy watching the life of Iranian Nomads and the views of nature. Saladin ,let Fatima move in bed I notice she doesn’t even move her arm . She has to turn in bed side to side, The more she feels weak if she doesn’t move herself . Saladin she can feed herself . Where ever is the blood clot maybe in one leg , just elevate that leg with one pillow , I’m sure the physio therapist advice what she can do as exercise at home. This is just a little advice and suggestion .

Se o remédio que Fátima está tomando forem de anticoagulante sendo aplicado no ombro não vai funcionar. Saladino tem que aplicar na barriga ao redor do umbigo que é o local adequado que o médico indicou.

Саладин. не выдумывай с огородом. зачем эти лишние хлопоты, привозить бочку воды каждый день.если просто брызгать водой. ничего не вырастит. поезжай в город поработай.заработай деньги и поищи лучше палатки для детей москитные или коляску для жены, возможно есть прокат колясок, да созвонись еще с врачом когда он приедет. почему у Фатимы до сих пор болит нога, а то так можно и без ноги остаться.

Se o remédio que Fátima está tomando forem de anticoagulante sendo aplicado no ombro não vai funcionar. Saladino tem que aplicar na barriga ao redor do umbigo que é o local adequado que o médico indicou.

Fatimah needs to sit up in bed or dangle her feet on the side of the bed. She is not bedridden, it is a clot on one of her legs and should not massage the leg at all. she can not lay there and be waited upon 24/7. the more she lay down doing nothing, the weaker she become. love you all♥♥♥
