Si, nació en Argentina igual que su esposo, los dos son grandes estrellas en México (él acaba de fallecer por covid...), se fueron en sus 20 e hizo su carrera en México por más de 40 años. Se hizo famosa y DIVA en México. Tiene las dos nacionalidades. Creo que no desarrolló su potencial lo suficiente en el resto de América Latina (no soy ni mexicano ni argentino).

May I suggest Rocío Dúrcal? She is the best selling femal singer in Spanish music and had a nonstop career from 1962 until 2005. She´s from Spain but ended up singing Mexican music, too. She´s not that aggressive, but indeed, dramatic with very dynamic vocals. Try her song "Costumbres/ Habits"
