From my opinion i would like to say that it doesn't meant how many books u have studied.
Whatever Book it is, You should have to read and know in detail.
Many questions directly come from ncerts but people failed to attempt those questions because they don't know in detail.
State pcs and upsc same question but upsc in a very complex way.
