    Expenditure of High court is charged upon consolidated fund of state, only pension of HC judge charge upon consolidated fund of india

      " Slight Correction, the expenditure of High Court is charged upon the Consolidated fund of the State whereas the pensions of High Court judges are appropriated out of the Consolidated fund of India,

    Qualification to be judge of HC
    1- citizen of India
    2- Adv of High court for 10 years
    3- Judge of District court for 10 years

    Qualifications of hc judges.
    He should be a citizen of India.
    He should have hela a judicial office in indian territory for 10yeats.
    He should have advocate for 10 years.
