These are really good well built pumps, never had one fail on me and the new WiFi ones are great too. Only downside is you have to size them right as they don't go lower than 30% (they burn out below that, so jebao just don't let you) and you can't control the power on random mode
Its Caribsea Ocean Direct Natural Live Sand. I picked natural live sand to speed up the tank maturation process. Not had any issue with it blowing around so far but the flow isn't mega high. Its lovely sand the best iv came across so far, it has little bits of shell and fish bones in it so it must have really come from the ocean. Highly recommened!
Nice one mate, 2 of these SLW-10's were my plan A for the reefer but decided to give the Jebao cross flow gyre a try as I've never used a gyre, the SLW's looks like a great little pump for the price compared to the Neros and such 👍
@@Rafilkis yeah I have the CP-25 (need to do a video on it) I've mounted it vertically in the back corner of my XL200 which is roughly a 2ft cube but it's kicking up sand in the front corner even on the lowest setting, so probably going to putting near the top of the water line or might actually change to the SLW-10 if I want to keep something hidden on the back though?

Definitely good value for money
Chromis retrofasciata! One of my favourites! Thanks for the review!
Would these be any good for a 2ft cube, or would you go for the 20's? Thankyou
For small nanos they also make slw-5 and MLW-5
Thanks for the video Andy. What type of sand is in your nano? It's very natural looking. Any issues with high flow kicking up the smaller particles?

You should have bought and reviewed the newer MLW.

MLW has more control
And works with an app as well as controller
