Warlord Games Victory at Sea battle report. Battle of the river plate scenario.

So here it is, the first battle report of the channel. I decided to start small, with a game I've previously played. And a scenario that doesn't have too many models on the board. It was a fun game, and despite recording on a phone being awkward and limited I think it came out acceptable. I have also learned a lot, but the fixes involve investing in equipment. (mats, lighting, microphones and camcorders). Hopefully over time I can fix each issue.
So enjoy and I am open to helpful criticism, just be gentle. lol.

It's really good fun. We got the criticals wrong. It was bugging me after the game how easy crits were. So I checked again and on a 6 to damage you roll again. And on a 4+ it's a critical. So should have been only about half the crits that we actually had. Made for an interesting game though. We played another scenario after. 2 Germans battle ships v 1 RN. And it got it wrong for that too. So at least we were consistent 😊

criticals are not so easy you have to reroll the d6 with a natural 6 and on the reroll you need a 4+ to do get the critical hit for real

Yeah it was a few days later that I realised we did it wrong. The good thing was we did it the same for both of us. But yes it would reduce the crits by a good amount
