You did a great/impressive job promoting NR. To be very honest, the downtown is horrible compared to similar size cities in the South ( North Carolina or Florida). You have all these new " box/generic" apartment buildings yet the street life is very depressing - no vibrancy. No great restaurants or quaint stores to shop. You also have tons of tacky/gaudy street murals - enough already! They have been working on that bridge near the railroad for over 5 years now .

Can anyone tell me what the property tax rate is in these cities/towns: Greenburgh, New Rochelle, and White Plains? It's so hard to find a straight answer online.

@@dorianjones7824 I can tell you. however, each town and city has a different rate. Then there are school taxes. What town or city did you want to know about?

@fundinghomes I was looking at land in New Rochelle and in Greenburgh. The section of Greenburgh is an unincorporated section, I believe. It has a White Plains address. I'm trying to get an idea of what the taxes are like in those areas. I've learned that NY taxes are much more difficult to break down than NJ taxes like I'm used to.
