    I saw on Google maps that they were upgrading the A-20 north after passing the A-30 and a bit southerly, I don't know what they were doing thought.

    Christ A 20 before the 30 needs resurfacing bad

    Parts of the highway look visibly worn out. Inconsistent sidelines, patched bumps and some missing lanes for brief segments.

      @@AsphaltPlanet1 on an unrelated note, thank you for making these videos. As a child I was always fascinated by highways. Watching you go to places I have not been to or want to revisit from this perspective is the next best thing. I do hope Canada gets a more robust highway network in the future like our neighbours in the south.

    I don't understand the point of paying if there's the A 15???

      15 is a parking lot and is in the west, 25 is very east

    Is this the Same Camera you use since you Made the Ontario Highway 404 video in 2018? I absolutely Love the 60fps from it 💕💞❤️

      I have had the same camera since 2017, so yes, it's the same.

    At 5:42 a loud Ka-Ching noise was heard. That bridge, the official name being the Olivier Charbonneau Bridge, isn't cheap. It's cost made sure my papa wouldn't want me to cross it at all, and after a check into their website, it's quite unfriendly to casuals. 😅

    • @AsphaltPlanet1
      @AsphaltPlanet1  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've actually probably crossed the A-25 bridge about a dozen or so times, and have never been billed for it. I'm not sure why not, I think drivers from Quebec will receive a bill from the operators of the 407 when they use that highway, but for whatever reason the A-25 bridge doesn't seem to bill out of province drivers.

      @@AsphaltPlanet1 .......wut.
      If it really only billed Quebec drivers... I don't know what to say, my brain would explode trying to understand.

    Great video! I found your website that talks about road related video to viewers and I went WhoIs (that tracks existing website) and it said your webiste was registered on April 22, 2010. The most interesting part is your TH-cam channel was created on September 9, 2011, over a year after you created that website. Your webiste has not been updated since 2017 and I can tell by your copyright year at the bottom of page that said 2010-2017. What were you doing with your webiste before your TH-cam channel was created?

    • @AsphaltPlanet1
      @AsphaltPlanet1  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I started my website in 2003 actually. And I still update it sometimes, they are just more minor updates so I don't update the "recent updates" page anymore. I don't have the time to update the website and do youtube videos.

    • @compdude100
      @compdude100 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@AsphaltPlanet1 I can understand that; making these TH-cam videos is definitely time consuming, especially if you want to put out several per month.

    I noticed the speed camera signs, does Quebec have speed cameras on the autoroutes?
    Nice video. Very interesting ride.

    • @AsphaltPlanet1

      there are speed cameras on a few autoroutes surrounding Montreal. The signs indicate fixed locations, but I believe Quebec uses mobile monitoring as well. Speed cameras are also used on selected two lane highways as well. Thanks for the comment.
