- I tried to bind Two culinary tradition (Tamil and China) with this Sweet Dumpling - கொதிக்கொழுக்கட்டை. The finally out had been as feast. My Little girl inspired by its shape and color. but, she love to eat it's by taste. I used All Purpose Flour (Maida) for the dumpling. and i changed usual Pooranam for stuffing. It is really yummy and Soft to eat.

Usually momos has been staffing by veg. But it's influenced with our kolukkattai sweet pooranam. 6:21 looks soft and feeling sound good. 😊
