If one person is going through something as bad as they are portraying in a family, you don't deck up like going to a mela, cook and order so much food and enjoy around them. We all get impacted mentally by our harmones during our periods or when we have an ongoing health concern ,that's not taken care of. She was shopping , eating up until a day ago and all of a sudden you are sofa ridden. If its impacting so much, take a break. Go to your husband's house. She atleast has an option of change of location. Few of us are not even privileged to escape and go somewhere to rest for a day or two. We have to live with the ones who are the cause of the problem in the first place and heal ourselves as we have to show up at work the next day.

Did you even see the way they behaved towards their son in law ?? No respect whatsoever , nobody even wished him when he came home or acknowledged him . She is always away from her in laws place and at home she hardly does any work and being 30 years old she makes elders in the family do all work . So when people rightly pointed out, this family starts this drama . You always can’t expect positive feedback and continue earning millions if you can’t take a feedback and work on it
