The irony is that Rudy Giuliani is like Roy Cohn, but incredibly inadequate. And the irony is just how Joseph McCarthy fell, so did Roy Cohn, so will Donald Trump. Trump is still grabbing on, he’s still has some juice left, he’s still favored by many in the Republican base. However slowly, but truly, he’s becoming irrelevant, his limelight is fading and his influence will cease to exist. The Teflon Don theory is growing thin.
