- No fancy workflow here i just merge them 2 together with basic compositing in after-effects

This is what ive been looking for. Can you describe or do a tutorial on how you did the tracking masking and compositing together? You said nothing fancy but the result looks perfect.
_ Mask only the usable part of liveportrait (face, forehead, neck, etc u think u can blend it together)
_ track (Shoulder/chest) with position, rotation and scale on Mimicmotion footage then make it parent with liveportrait
_ Manually adjust using liquify & transform position later if something look off
