I've been following and collecting Shopkins since they first came on the market years ago. Shopkins' limited editions are TRULY LIMITED. They only make a tiny few of them, and they are very hard to get. If you get a limited edition one, it will have a large tag inside the bag that the shopkin is in. So, if it looks odd, or feels like there's cardboard in it, be very careful opening it. You do not want to cut that tag. Love your vids and have gotten my son addicted to your videos, too. :D

The unfortunate reason toys are so stupidly wrapped is because children try to rip them open and take the toys, it happens so often, I work in a you store so see all types of packaging. We had some toys in just one layer of plastic and a dad and his son tore open every single blind bag to find the right figure as it's as easy to open as a bag of food 🙃 so the extra layers stop that, even paper packaging wouldn't work 🤦🏼♀️

Biodegradation never happens that quickly. It's when organisms such as bacteria and fungi digest matter into simpler chemicals, like paper into sugars. No idea if whatever it "melts" into is biodegradable or not, but dissolution in water isn't biodegradation. ^^

(They only make a few thousand (sometimes only hundreds) of each one. My sister has like 300ish shopkins and doesn't have one because of how rare they are so it's not really too surprising if you don't get one)
