A tip i learnt while playing with the jackhammer. Use the hitstop to mix it with other attacks, like a knuckleblaster punch, railcannon or if using the blue or green jackhammer, press m2 to launch a core or use another charge. Really useful for extra damage in short situations. another thing, this compilation is really well made!
I almost always use the hitstop to sneak in a knuckleblaster punch for free damage or to get +disrespect on top of full impact or blasting away depending on what gets triggered
What do you mean? It’s great! It’s a giant burst of damage that sends you flying. It’s not great in inclosed environments but it flourishes in open spaces. You don’t have to necessarily use all of the three available slots for jackhammers. I personally use a blue shotgun and two jackhammers. You still can shotgun swap by pressing q and e at the same time. And if I am fighting insurrectionist I pump the green variant 3 times and hit em with +blasting away. The red one is more of a plan b if my green one is in recharge. If you are fighting Maurice pump the green one twice and hit em with yellow bar. Leaves them on the brink of death.

If you want to get most value of it without changing your playstyle as much all you gotta do is switch your red shotty to alt Then you have your virtue/sentry/maurice instakiller in your hand without needing to relearn your projectile boost rotten reflexes
@Abrahamium "virtue/maurice/sentry instakiller" all of those can be done better with other weapons. thats my problem with it, it doesnt have a purpose in the arsenal. btw if your cg best on brutal is less than 50 stop talking

if you go fast enough before you hit an enemy, the jackhammer will fling you far enough so that you take only 5 damage
