"Toggle keys" transform uppercase letters into lower case and lower case letters into upper case. Here all were in lower case, that's why when you selected toggle keys, every letter transformed into upper case.

Dear Sir,
Toggle Case is the opposite of the selected text case. Means (if Capital then it will be Small and vice-versa)

Toggle case...means you can toggle case settings in betwrr...say you were writing in upper case and then you changed to lower case and now you wan to go back to previous upper case format ....you just use short cut to toggle in between

Toggle case mean for example i have text "Box is red" after applying Toggle case changed text will look like "bOX IS RED".
it mean if any word is in lower case toggle will make it in Upper case as well if word is in Upper case toggle case will make it in lower case.

I am doing translation Sanskrit language work to Kannada language;
1 First I type Sanskrit word then put “=” Mark and then I type Kannada Language words and at end I will put “;” indicator to put an end the Kannada Translation. Then I will repeat this process for another Sanskrit word.
Here For Sanskrit word I have One Font with different Color, Bold, attributes. For Kannada words on the right hand side of semicolon I have Different Font, color,bold attributes. Example
होतारं = ಹೋತೃವಿನ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಯಾದ ಅಗ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರಿಸುವವನು ಅವನೆ; रत्नधातामं = ಪರಮಾನಂದ ಸ್ವರೂಪನು, ಮಹಾಧನ ಸಂಪತ್ತುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೊಡುವವನು ಅವನೆ
Please note that Red color is one font (Adi Sanvedic), red color and bold. On right hand side of “=” I have Kannada font (Tunga) with different color. This step of formatting one block of text separated by ; i.e. left hand side with one font attributes and right hand side with another font attributes. Can you help me.

Toggle case just reverses the case. Lower case letters become upper case and upper case letters become lower case.
