yeah better equipment is definitely good it helped me out a lot u don't have to buy the most expensive keyboard & mouse there's a lot of good quality options for a decent/reasonable price
also before u buy better equipment make sure ur 100% ur going to be sticking to kbm u don't want to buy equipment then end up not using it so just be sure

I would go into creative to practice on kbm and I would be SO SLOW that I would just stop playing on kbm and go to controller or just close out the game. @@Ej4v if your not using edit on release I suggest using double edit binds. That’s using one bind to go to edit mode and another to confirm. You will edit way faster and more comfortable once you get used to them

oh yeah I do recommend these binds for starting out but if u don't like something or if one of the binds is uncomfortable for u then u can change them around to what u prefer

hi , yeah make sure in the early weeks ur changing ur binds to what's most comfortable for u. I don't like number binds or to many binds on my thumb so I have my binds accordingly also adjust ur sensitivity until u get the perfect sens for ur aim. and just practice the right things u can literally copy everything I do & stick to kbm u won't get better going back to controller when u get annoyed
if ur mouse has mouse buttons take advantage of those if u haven't already and if ur serious about this in the future invest into equipment/better equipment like better keyboard , mouse , mousepad , arm sleeve , mouse bungee etc
