I think forest face get right and even starix have faster movement and better aim then neo
Ya it's true that forest has better aim and movement than neo but it's not only about aim. Neo is regarded as the best overall player.. Neo was the whole package, from reading enemies moments to reaction speed to etc.. He was a complete player. But ya forest has better aim

Yes, there is a smoke but is invisible in the demo. You can see the smoke on the ground.
