She asked about Taiwan wanting to join the w.h.o. which is an agency of the united nations which is responsible for world health issues. The questions are dodged and that would imply that china is pretty much in control of the w.h.o. now. China absolutely hates Taiwan and has threatened war with them for years. Anyway, this is just ONE example of how much chinese influence has on the w.h.o. Other world leaders have actually talked about pulling out of the organization because they know this, they know that the w.h.o. has been infiltrated and is deeply influenced by chinese propaganda.
