It would work aswel. When you're a minion, you're a minion, you take less dmg from tower ect., well less, depend what minion you are.
I never understand. This is consider a bug and exploit but Riven that cancel all her animations is not and it's part of the gameplay. Can we finally allow Neeko do niche tactics?

Should be a feature honestly, I remember an AD Nidalee player doing similar thing. She transformed into cat form whilst her ranged human AA was mid-air to proc melee damage of Divine Sunderer

Neeko just has 30000 secret buffs against everyone just from this passive, can’t get hit by Sion r, illlaoi e, etc.

It is actually aplicable, this makes it so second wind and doran shield doesn't proc which is huge during early levels

It should. They countered it that you don't attack as a minion, but they didnt think about that the other way.
I am pretty certain it would not, after all similar instances in the past. And I love riots attitude that bugs and exploits are basically the game designers responsibility to remove (beyond crazy malicious intent or game-braking stuff). Some other companies handle that much differently and regularly run into problems with that.
From what I know, there isn't a "bug exploit penalty" for pro play, at maximum, when a bug happens, the team need to point it out right after it happened to do a chronobreak or redo the match. I also read/heared that Riot also sends the pro teams a list of bugs that they are forbidden to do in a match, but can't say for sure.
@@Staraxxus The minion attack wasn't considered a bug, just an unwanted feature. I doubt this would be counted as a bug. Teams also have a list of things they aren't allowed to do usually as a cause of common bugs like invisible nunu when that was around for months at a time. They likely would of just been told hey, dont build AD neeko and spam minion autos. However, its so weak i doubt they would of even cared in a pro setting.

Pyke R with enough AD/Lethality might work. As long as it executes yasuo from 100% hp his passive shouldn't get triggered.
It thereotically does work, but it's not realistic. At lvl 6, Yasuo has 1024.5 HP (according to the wiki). Pyke's ultimate at rank 1 executes under (250 base + 80% bonus AD + 1.5 / 1 lethality) HP.
If Pyke has 0 lethality, he'd need 968.125 bonus AD
With 0 bonus AD he'd need 516.33 Lethality
And if they were even, he'd need 336.8 bAD and 336.8 lethality. Note: For each 1 point of lethality missing from here, you need to give 1.875 bAD, and each bAD needs 0.533 lethality to make it even again.
Pyke could do it due to his passive converting bonus health to bonus AD, with Grasp essentially giving him infinite scaling, but he'd need to get 13553.75 bonus health to get from 0 to 968. That would take 27 108 procs of Grasp, as it gives 7 HP each time, and Pyke converts 14 HP to 1 AD.
And you couldn't make the process faster with Overlord's Bloodmail, because Pyke can't utilise it's passive at all, so you'd be stacking a LOOOOONG time.

@@The_White heartsteel gives pyke AD on each proc and I think it scales just like it would for any other champ even though his passive does what it does since its just based on the hp of the combined bonus health of all your items + heartsteel stacks. and yeah it was more so a hypothetical. 27k grasp stacks is a bit unreasonable at lvl 6 for sure lol

But yes, since it has the mechanic of counting stacks and not just your HP, it would get faster over time. To counter that, it has the 30 second cooldown per champion, so... I guess there's that
