Are the legs maintained in a raised position when measuring the VTI again? Or do you just raise them for one minute, then lower them and measure the VTI again with patient fully supine? How long after a small fluid bolus do you re-measure the VTI?

The legs should be maintained in a raised position. I know It's challenging to do it! I'd suggest a wedge pillow.
You should be able to re-measure the VTI after 1 minute of the bolus finishing.
