Me encanta. Sólo que el baño en planta alta está es suite.y el de planta baja es toilet sin ducha.y los huéspedes tendrían que pasar x el dormitorio principal para bañarse.
¿Dónde se ubicó el cuarto de lavado? Vi el video 3 veces y no lo vi, el concepto está muy bien, pero solo me faltó de ver eso, espero no lo hayan omitido.. 😅

Wow I'm sorry I never saw that you commented. A water heater is best kept close to the most rooms that make use of the water so water isn't wasted waiting for the hot water to travel through the pipes. In this case you could add a small utility room outside the kitchen. When I was very young, one of my neighbours put their water heater inside of a roof mounted structure to utilize the heat from the sun to reduce the cost of electricity or gas to heat the water. Another alternative would be to add more to the first floor above the kitchen. This would give you a place for the water heater above the kitchen and adjacent to the upstairs bathroom and would give you room for a small laundry area.
If you added the utility room outside of the kitchen, the window in that front bathroom could be replaced with a door to give access to the utility room with it's water heater, breaker box, and washer. The water heater would be close enough to two rooms that use water with the upstairs room not too far away so water would not be wasted waiting for hot water to make it to the taps.

Hola, me encantó, esta maravilloso el diseño. Sería fabuloso ver algo muy similar pero con 2 baños completos y un roof garden en un lote/solar de aproximadamente 6 metros de ancho por 12 metros de largo.

Hola, el precio varia mucho de donde te encuentres y la calidad de los materiales. Sie estas en LATAM deben ser uns 600 $ americanos por metro cuadrado y si estas en Europa unos 1000€ por m². Gracias por tu comentario
