I can't understand the lyrics but somehow it reminded me someone I love for 7 years . He is my first love and my closest boy bestfriend. We've been classmates for 7 years. We argue a lot, tease each other a lot and even tho our seats are parted he will always find ways to get close to me. I don't know why even tho I always get mad at him, he never put distance between us. He cared for me so much and I can feel that! I didn't know I already love him during those days and it was hard because the day I realize my feelings for him is also the day he fall inlove with my girlbestfriend too. I kept my secret along those years. Their relationship didn't also last long. But our friendship gets stronger as always. He became more protective to me towards those boys that approaches me. He even told me that "You're to young to fall in love" (even I'm one year older than him) or "No, you don't need a boyfriend" I've appreciated him so much but then I want to tell him that I love him so much and he is my first love for 7 years. After I graduated Senior highschool that was the time I last saw him. I'm planning to confess my feelings to him but it's to late, he left our hometown because he's going to college and it's way far away from me. We can't even communicate through our social account because I'm too shy to approach him. He has his own life now and I should also start living my life without him. But anyways I know we will meet again someday and I'll tell him for sure. :) Thank you for sharing such a beautiful song

I can't understand the lyrics but somehow it reminded me someone I love for 7 years . He is my first love and my closest boy bestfriend. We've been classmates for 7 years. We argue a lot, tease each other a lot and even tho our seats are parted he will always find ways to get close to me. I don't know why even tho I always get mad at him, he never put distance between us. He cared for me so much and I can feel that! I didn't know I already love him during those days and it was hard because the day I realize my feelings for him is also the day he fall inlove with my girlbestfriend too. I kept my secret along those years. Their relationship didn't also last long. But our friendship gets stronger as always. He became more protective to me towards those boys that approaches me. He even told me that "You're to young to fall in love" (even I'm one year older than him) or "No, you don't need a boyfriend" I've appreciated him so much but then I want to tell him that I love him so much and he is my first love for 7 years. After I graduated Senior highschool that was the time I last saw him. I'm planning to confess my feelings to him but it's to late, he left our hometown because he's going to college and it's way far away from me. We can't even communicate through our social account because I'm too shy to approach him. He has his own life now and I should also start living my life without him. But anyways I know we will meet again someday and I'll tell him for sure. :) Thank you for sharing such a beautiful song

Seiko Matsuda and Momoe YAMAGUCHI were my favorite singers during my stay in Tokyo 1976 onward. Great singers. Where are they now? I love Japanese songs. I love Japan.
Momoe Yamaguchi retired from the music industry after she and her husband Tomokazu Miura tied the knot 44 years ago. She wrote two songs for her friend Ann Lewis (a former rockstar) in the early 80s after she retired. She's still alive to this day. She has two sons and a grandchild.
Seiko is still performing to this day. She released a latest jazz album on Valentine's Day this year.
