the reflector is used by the structural gauging train it uses lasers which bounces off the reflectors to create a 3d model when it passes through the tunnel, the concrete bits at the end that you said looked like someone had been sleeping in are concrete cable trunking for the railway line probably dumped in there when the line was last signalled
That's dedication (or madness) going out exploring disused bunkers on Christmas day, in that weather, but I salute (and envy) you. Your curiosity is ours too, as historians we are always eager to learn more. A merry Christmas 2017, and good hunting!.
the tunnel lining shows its the standard deep shelter construction, so I suspect the first unidentified bunker you found is actually a defensive gun post, only accessible from once inside the bunker. this would explain the rear door you saw . hms forward the deep bunker naval communications facility at south heighton near newhaven had three of these. fantastic videos, great for us who can't nowadays physically do it, takes us back!
