Excuse my newbie question. At 5:18 It sounds like you are saying "double car driveline" referring to the rear transfer case yoke eliminator and rear driveshaft.
"Double Cardan", it is basically a double jointed joint. Used on this application with the Slip Yoke Eliminator to accommodate lift and greatly increase the strength!

Did I miss you mention the gear ratio? Also where did that tire carrier come from? It is a good solution for the JCR bumper.
He mentioned 4:56 gears in the rear.
