I love this! I'm trying to build a canister vacuum cleaner myself, and I already have a plan for building a nozzle with PVC pipe, this demonstrates how to create the suction! I think though I'll build a wooden case for the motor and make a bag out of canvas. Thanks for helping me visualize how to build the canister though! :)

its perfect for cleaning up your desk but i tend to go as extreme as possible. i use a 20gal 240v craftsman air compressor for dusting and a 6.5hp 16gal shop vac with detachable blower for obviously vacuuming and dusting. if the ladies dont find me handsome they'll certainly find me handy XD

Man... I really loved the way you did it. It's perfect! I've been looking for a way to make mine... And that's it! :D Plastic bottles are too weak, if you press it harder you can end having it cut and maybe even with your hand hurt. (Because of the metal blade.)
