I once been to an F1 Clienti event, as a spectator of course, and it is unbelievable. Those "cars" are absolute demons. I've also been to an F1 race at the circuit of Imola in 2003, and I tell you: you don't realise the monstrosity that F1 cars really are until you feel all your insides shaking, as well as the concrete stands, when of them flies by, add to that the fact your hearing needs about 2 days to fully recover. Driving one is a blessing, seeing one in action is bucket-list kind of thing to do too, trust me.

Jeremy Clarkson also drove one on TopGear and he’s like 6’4 or 6’5 and has to weigh well over 200lbs. I don’t think guys like me could be an F1 driver but only because i don’t think F1 saftey would allow me to sit on the tub and I’m not sure they could manufacture a seat thin enough to accommodate my girth. There are a few F1 drivers today that are over 6ft tall and the shortest driver is 5’5” and Hans-Joachim Stuck was 6’3” the teams can build the car to accommodate anyone under 6’5 and not fat but just driving for fun weight doesn’t really matter but on a pro level it does because the car has to meet weight requirements etc. and if you have girth like broad shoulders, chest being in a seat would actually make it a tight fit because they can’t make the cockpit wider
