So the process with this truck took about 3 months! My rep with Penske was the worst! I’m in the process of purchasing my second truck and I think it’s taking about the same amount of time. It’s ridiculous honestly.
I'm not sure why it takes so long but I requested a refund and I'm moving forward I found a truck in my area because waiting that long to start my business is insane because trucks are everywhere... Good luck 👍
I honestly don’t know. The one I’m buying now had an issue with the truck that needed to be repaired and then it was a delay with paperwork. Also I stretched ot out a bit too because I ended up renting as truck while I waited so I needed to recover that capital. It def shouldn’t take as long as it does tho.
