Been normalized in society for so long, people are getting sick of it and I mean rap sales have dropped tremendously.
The thing is he created those double standards when writing his music and benefits from it.

You don’t sound like one but like I said in the previous comment you’d only take offense if you fit the requirements.
@@donovans5037 As you've stated, I'm not a big consumer. I was at one point but I'm not anymore so I definitely wouldn't sit and sift through. I'd rather switch to a completely different genre that only has positive messaging and that way I don't have to be selective. I just hit shuffle and whatever plays doesn't need indepth filtering and analysis. There are plenty of promiscuous women where I'm from. I just don't refer to them by that. I currently live in Asia where I run into sex workers every single day on my way back from work and never refer to them using that word either. So I think even if I lived in America I still wouldn't refer to promiscuous women or sex workers that way. I actually used to use that word affectionately amongst friends because we all consumed American TV and music and had a lot of gay friends so we thought it was hip to call each other that. But we all grew up and got over it.
