I have both of these palettes and love them! :D It's My Pleasure is so interesting to me because I am also a purple lover, and on me, every shade in the palette pulls more purple or mauve than pink except for Fan Fiction! Then I've seen people use it online, and it seems like it pulls pink on so many people--I think especially on light, cool-toned skin. I was shocked at how lavender Kittenfish was when I got my palette because in tutorials and photos I'd seen online it looked like a light pink. I think that shade is so pretty as a simple one shadow look all over the lid. Perfect for spring especially! Beautiful looks, as always!

You can purchase some of the shades in the It's My Pleasure palette as singles. I did that with Earthshine and Mr. Sandman as those were the two shades in that palette I wanted the most. You should check out the Brown Sugar & Good Sport palettes, which is also awesome.

All I want from colourpop is a cool toned pallet!! Even their blues are warm. This just my luck pallet was gorgeous in that warm/cool balance. I wish I saw more of that in their pallets!
I know... but it’s so boring! 13 taupe-pink shades and two dark shades and a purplish shade. Like ??? Unless it was your first pallet ever it’s not a great buy. I want vibrant, cool tones! Unique colours. I know they can do it, it feels like they cater to one undertone. My skin is so yellow when I wear warm tones I look sick. 🤷♀️ I’ve still bought many of their pallets, but every announced release I’m more and more disappointed.
I am a chicken and feel like because I am 41 I need to not use really vibrant colors. I love the looks people come up with but I never wear them. I love these looks that Z did but I would never wear them. The colors in the Fame pallets are my jam because I am pink toned with blonde hair and blue eyes. lol I really love the Give it to me straight palette too. Have you ever used any of the Profusion palettes? They are really good and a lot of them have vibrant colors. Beauddiction has reviews and swatches on most of them on her channel and instagram.
You’re gorgeous dah-ling! My guess is that cooler purples are more difficult to get right and are more prone to patchiness. And we know how hard CP tries to keep their shadow quality consistent. I already have the JML palette and the Emerald Obsessions and I love them both! I also have the Amethyst one. It’s my Pleasure is on the way and so is their new “Main Squeeze” can’t wait!
Hi Zabrena! Love your reviews, by far my favorite!! I recently tried Technic Cosmetics Enticing, Mesmerizing and Hypnotise palettes, which are supposed to be dupes of Huda's obsession palettes. They are incredibly affordable (much more than Colorpop's) and I loved their color pay off!

Love the looks you created, they're stunning. The green especially goes with your hair. Bright colours really don't look good on me at all, I tend to look a bit like a parrot 🐦 lol. I got the colorpop Just My Luck palette several months ago. I hesitated to get it because women my age don't use bright colors as a general rule. I already have the JS blue blood, but blue moon has some more pastel and other complementary colors that look gorgeous. Of course my boyfriend just looked at me and said good for you when I told him lol!

Propertyrus 2 I know you want Zabrena’s recommendations, but try the It Cosmetics Matte CC Creme. It is very good for both oily and dry skin. It comes in several shades. I really love it for summer. Plus it has 50 SPF.🤗

Propertyrus 2 I know you want Zabrena’s recommendations, but try the It Cosmetics Matte CC Creme. It is very good for both oily and dry skin. It comes in several shades. I really love it for summer. Plus it has 50 SPF.🤗
Zabrena also recommended the Covergirl BB Cream, which I tried. It looks and wears fantastic on me. It can pull more than 7 hours no problem.

@@tmdsb2655 can't remember if that one's good for oily skin. I'll do a littleresearch. I use the L'Oreal one (comes out white from the tube) and I really like it. But doesn't have spf😕. Thank you
