  • This was awesome to film. I used my canon R6, Ninja V, black pro mist 1/8th and RSC2 gimbal.

I have the R6 and I’m getting the RSC2 does it hold the heavier sigma and tamron 24-70 lenses with no issues? Also I’d love to know how the ninja does with helping with the overheating on the R6? Please let me know your thoughts?

To be honest with you, I really believe that the overheating issue with the R6 was over, blown by the elite influencers to push Sony. Now there’s nothing wrong with Sony cameras, but the overheating is not an issue with me. I shot weddings I shot interviews.Etc I never had a problem. now there are some that want to overheating to be a problem because they run it nonstop and that’s unrealistic when using the R6 for me. When I’m done filming, I turn it off and when I’m ready to film again, I turn it back on and most of us do that. Now to answer your question, the ninja V works well, and I use it to help the editing process go faster. The R6 files take a while to edit or I will have to make proxies to edit and again I don’t have any problem doing that. The RSC2 can hold the sigma 24 to 70. The reason how I know that is because I use the sigma 24 to 70 all the time you will enjoy using that gimbal that full set up.
