Three weeks ago I was 2 weeks in America visiting my family. It was my first time there. When I went to target and Walmart the first time I couldn't believe my eyes. I wanted to start crying because I was so happy. Seeing all the great products was gorgeous I was thrilled. I really miss the vibes America Is giving, I miss all the friendly people over there I miss the lifestyle. I can definitely say America left a lasting impression. Unfortunately in Germany a lot lot lot of American products are not allowed to sell, I think because of the ingredients in all the shampoos or lotions. I bought a lot of stuff (2 suitcases full) currently I am enjoying all the hygiene stuff I bought :D but one day they'll be empty.

Chloe, look into doing a parasite cleanse. A lot of the time, when we have gut issues, it resurfaces on our skin. Years ago, I stared by cleaning out my gut by just juicing celery. Pure celery juice. Then moved onto much more intense cleanses. Just a thought! 💗

@@Ms.NigeriaParker yes. Just pure organic celery. You can use a juicer but if you don’t have one, you can blend the celery and then pour it into a cheese cloth to separate the pulp and juice. At the beginning, I use to put half a lemon but now I don’t mind the taste by itself. I also take a really good probiotic ( Garden Of Life and they have one for vaginal care). I also take digestive enzymes if I know I’m going to eat a heavy meal. I also don’t eat any type of dairy anymore sadly (besides cheese 🤪). Hope this helps! You can easily get them from sushi, eating meat that is not thoroughly cooked, vegetables/fruit, etc. that’s why it’s important to do a cleanse to kill them 😫 (needless to say, I don’t eat sushi anymore).

For fragrance free lotion, especially if you have sensitive skin, my fave so far is the Lubriderm with the blue label, I think it’s called Daily Moisture. It’s so nice! It’s perfect for when my skin is extra sensitive in the colder months. And when I want to add some fragrance to it I add my body oils from Lucid Living Co. perfection!

Very random thought I have... I LOVE Tommy Girl, and it is definitely strong! If you are sensitive to stronger fragrance, I would be careful. This is the only perfume I have ever had any reaction to. I would SNEEZE every single time I sprayed it on me, which is sad because the scent is amazing. I'm not one to sneeze often at all unless it's due to seasonal allergies. I gave the fragrance to my mom, and of course she loves it because she used to wear it, but it does not effect her like it does with me. Just giving some thought and it reminded when Chloe said her nose was burning from it!
My son who is mixed I'm mexican my husband is black he has those ringlet type curls you have but tighter and also has that same color kind of reddish blondish hue. I have to use like a quarter size amount of leave in conditioner in his hair after washing. The Johnson and Johnson curly leave in cream smells great 👍

That Glow by Jlo does not stink to me! I actually mix it with an oil and get compliments all the time. I think to each it’s own. Some fragrance smell different on other people. I personal use to love jlo's perfumes, they do smell decent just not on me anymore after I had my son, my body chemistry changed.. either way it definitely depends on the individual but all scents are subjective.

Girl have you tried the calendula oil dove!!!!Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It's also used as an antiseptic.
The pipette lotion is SO amazing and it’s odorless so you can add essential oil or fragrance to it if you wanted to. Or just have a lotion that’s odorless that won’t interfere with your perfumes etc.
I highly suggest using Argan, and jojoba oil more on your ends and castor and sweet almond oil on your scalp! Also, using deep conditioners is sometimes even more effective after shampooing your hair to make sure it penetrates with no buildup from other products like gel 😊

Hey babe. ...they make a CeraVe body wash that's not for baby that I think is fragrance free and gentle as well .....I know u change it up from time to time so yeah just letting u know babe!!😘😘 Aveeno, vanicream , and Cetaphil also have the BAR that's unscented and gentle . .. idk I use all types of different unscented or all natural stuff but I most often always fall back on my dove unscented bar or the bronners unscented
also ! the queen v bubble bath use to be my holy grail feminine wash, but sadly my walmart stopped selling it so I switched to dove sensitive bar. but I swear by that feminine wash its so gentle but makes me feel so clean

I know the wipes say that they’re flushable but when you’re using them in a place with it’s own septic system (such as a house) it’ll be very bad for it. My boyfriend is a plumber and he says that’s one of the top things that messes up peoples plumbing systems.😊
For your oil treatment you should warm some water in a cup and sit the bottle of oil in the cup for a few mins bc the oil should be warm. (Do this on dirty hair) Then section your hair in however many sections and apply the oil all over then put a shower cap on and chill for 15+ mins and then shampoo, condition, etc.

Very random thought I have... I LOVE Tommy Girl, and it is definitely strong! If you are sensitive to stronger fragrance, I would be careful. This is the only perfume I have ever had any reaction to. I would SNEEZE every single time I sprayed it on me, which is sad because the scent is amazing. I'm not one to sneeze often at all unless it's due to seasonal allergies. I gave the fragrance to my mom, and of course she loves it because she used to wear it, but it does not effect her like it does with me. Just giving some thought and it reminded when Chloe said her nose was burning from it!
My son who is mixed I'm mexican my husband is black he has those ringlet type curls you have but tighter and also has that same color kind of reddish blondish hue. I have to use like a quarter size amount of leave in conditioner in his hair after washing. The Johnson and Johnson curly leave in cream smells great 👍

That Glow by Jlo does not stink to me! I actually mix it with an oil and get compliments all the time. I think to each it’s own. Some fragrance smell different on other people. It’s all about what goes well with your body chemistry. Anyways love your Channel girl. I enjoy watching your hygiene videos

I personal use to love jlo's perfumes, they do smell decent just not on me anymore after I had my son, my body chemistry changed.. either way it definitely depends on the individual but all scents are subjective.

Girl have you tried the calendula oil dove!!!!Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It's also used as an antiseptic.
The pipette lotion is SO amazing and it’s odorless so you can add essential oil or fragrance to it if you wanted to. Or just have a lotion that’s odorless that won’t interfere with your perfumes etc.
I highly suggest using Argan, and jojoba oil more on your ends and castor and sweet almond oil on your scalp! Also, using deep conditioners is sometimes even more effective after shampooing your hair to make sure it penetrates with no buildup from other products like gel 😊

Hey babe. ...they make a CeraVe body wash that's not for baby that I think is fragrance free and gentle as well .....I know u change it up from time to time so yeah just letting u know babe!!😘😘 Aveeno, vanicream , and Cetaphil also have the BAR that's unscented and gentle . .. idk I use all types of different unscented or all natural stuff but I most often always fall back on my dove unscented bar or the bronners unscented

I know the wipes say that they’re flushable but when you’re using them in a place with it’s own septic system (such as a house) it’ll be very bad for it. My boyfriend is a plumber and he says that’s one of the top things that messes up peoples plumbing systems.😊

For your oil treatment you should warm some water in a cup and sit the bottle of oil in the cup for a few mins bc the oil should be warm. (Do this on dirty hair) Then section your hair in however many sections and apply the oil all over then put a shower cap on and chill for 15+ mins and then shampoo, condition, etc.
