Yes, you can use either formula 2/T or 4/T, with the help of symmetry we can minimise no.of calculations

Sir why can't we take limits from 0 to 2pi
We can also take 0 to 2pi, but length of the problem increases, instead of that if we take limits from -pi to pi then we can apply symmetric conditions

Because f(t) is even ,u can replace -π to +π by 2 (0 to π)
