Alot of reviews when it comes to making eggs on the flat surface is that the egg whites run to the side and end up in the drip tray. I noticed that you slowly introduced the whole egg from a bowl. So what is it, a design flaw or is there a technique to not have the egg whites run into the drip tray.
No I can't say I've made pizza on it. It would probably work though. I'd put the dough on first and let it bake a bit, then add the ingredients after so the dough has time to get crispy.
