I have social anxiety but at the same time I can't stay home because I've been through alot in my life and it has possibly caused me to develop PTSD and if I stay home for too long I start to feel trapped and I panic and staying home brings back the bad memories me. I have to go out and do stuff everyday to distract myself and to help me get my mind off the things that have happened to me in my life. This lockdown has caused alot of struggles and problems for me.
