When Error!Dream appeared, you know that their reactions would be completely different if they knew Error's backstory, or if they know what happens to people in the anti void if they are stuck there...
Not really error become like that because he is an error, his universe got destroyed by a corruption, and he is a corruption too
@@b.a.r.f1004 what they said was true, I mean the effects do not happen quickly. We know that through the story of blueberror. He was a swap sans who was kidnapped by error and was left forgotten in the anti-void. He had no way to escape and error did not come back until many weeks later. Error did not know that being in the antivoid could do that to someone so he let blueberror leave. Blueberror then went to the Omega timeline which is where all the other people, whose Aus had been destroyed, live at. So what I am saying is that this story confirms that being in the anti void will turn you into an error.

@@b.a.r.f1004 1. Yes, it is canon. On Error's creator's tumblr, there's something called "Ask Error!Sans," it basically does what the tittle suggests. One of the things that happen is that Error says that he avoids Underswap and then a question asks why so he tells the story of how he kidnapped Blue. Then as you continue to scroll the page, you will see what happened while Blue was stuck in the antivoid with Error and then it shows what happens after Error left. Though this series was left unfinished before Blueberror could make his full appearance on there. Fortunately, the creator wrote a post of what happened with Blue when he became Blueberror and what he looked like as an error.
2. He still remembers because Error had set him free before that could happen as there are stages until someone becomes a full error.
