I think someone said it was used on the How it's Made show. It's royalty free music, so there's a good possibility that it's popped up in a number of places.
I found him and Terrorsaur a few days ago, and i love them. Dinobot looks phenomenal, and i actually prefer his toy head to his show head. And that dino deco is wonderful
I feel like the color is maybe better in person but tbh, i kind of wish he had the mutant head treatment like Golden Disk Tigatron, BW Sandstorm, and Shadow Panther. Still a good looking toy though. Those new eyes should have been on the original mold and BW Grimlock from the start

I'm hoping they reissue the original Dinobot in the vintage line. The only version I have is the 10th Anniversary, and that one is completely riddled with gold plastic syndrome.
I am torn. I have the options to buy either Kingdom or Buzzworthy version? I'm kinda bias toward Buzzworthy cos I used to have the olde BW toy however I read he yellowed kinda bad but by how much? Same apply to Kingdom aswell but I don't think he yellowed as bad when compared to Buzzworthy?
I chanced upon it when i was looking around Target last sunday. I never own the original Dinobot toy except for the Japanese version with the tan color. I manage to order it off a japanese import collector site back in the late 90's. Still have it to this day with the packaging. Along with the other two recolors. The only version of the Dinobot figure that i missed out on other then the original usa version. Was the Beast Wars Telemocha Series. Similar to the 10th Anniversary version in color. I do own the (Universe) figure that came out in 2009. I like it, but the plastic is too flimsy. I could have saved for the Master Piece one... But its very delicate according many of the video reviews i watched. So i passed on it. When the Voyager one landed in the united states in 2021. I was quick to grab it and was pleased at the quality of the figure. But i will always be on the look out for future Dinobot figure releases.
The 10th Anniversary looks a lot like the Telemocha version without a painted on mouth. Unfortunately, it's become very brittle over the years, and many copies are now broken. 🙁
I got legacy Dinobot and he’s great but on my copy some of his joints are crazy tight. In my head I’ve given him a whole new personality. In my head cannon he’s the CEO of a banking company on cybertron but secretly he’s a conniving psychopathic killer similar to the guy from American psycho.
They've really stretched the Bumblebee theme of this line beyond the breaking point. Until the Kingdom Netflix show, I don't think any version of BW Dinobot had met any version of Bumblebee. Target exclusives have gotten a lot less desirable to me lately. Remember how they had half of the Earthrise Seekers? Buzzworthy Bumblebee is like 95% barely useful repaints and repacks.
I think this line is a Bumblebee one in name only these days. They realized they could use it for all sorts of differently exclusives and just kept the name.
For me, in basically all cases show deco is much better than toy deco, especially in the beast era. The raw chicken look is not good. Only thing about this I like is the red interior of the tail weapon.

I'd love to see them do the mutant head for this guy. Though... it was kinda goofy looking.
I love the box art in Legacy. It's so good. This figure is definitely coming home as soon as I find it.
Man I think Dino mode is the best of the 3, even the robot mode is awesome. Man I can’t wait to get this guy soon.

I think the darker plastic colors are safe from yellowing. Or, if they do yellow, it doesn't seem to be as noticable.

Liking this, bro! He seems to be the strongest of the trio. The other two are prone to suffer breakage issues due to their materials.

The goof on the instructions tells me how Hasbro's marketing people know jack about these characters.

If they had gotten the color right, he would look a lot better. It's supposed to have a more tan quality.
With the scale texture, a brown wash would do a lot for this deco.
