After advancing through three stages of competition, the top 40 men and women and top 38 teams in the world start their quest for the title of Fittest on Earth.

This was such a sick event! Seriously soooooo hard! It's absolutely insane how many of the athletes finished this one!
Danielle Brandon deserved to be in Heat 4. She demolished everyone.

The agility/gymnastics component filters out a lot of people at most CrossFit gyms I’ve been to.

Good question, I was wondering the same. Sean clearly said before he was at 36th place in the overall standings. So I am missing something too.

They didn’t reseed anything from the first events it was on semifinals finish
The lane assignment are only reset from day to day. You can move up during the day but you will only be in other heats the next day.
Why was Medeiros in heat 4 if he had to be in heat 1? Wanna help the american boy ???

How come Katrín Davíðsdóttir representing her country Iceland while in qualifying stage she earned her spot from USA(North America West) and not Europe ?

Crossfit taken over by ex gymnasts. Basically if you dont come from a gymnastic background you dont have a chance.
Not really true tho. Fraser came from weightlifting (and won some gymnastics events), Medeiros from wrestling (and clearly good at this), and Toomey from running middle distance track. But yes for an event like this, obviously helps.
This event 3 is ridiculous. It's a circus... no need 🤦♀️
Why are crossFit shoes so damn ugly. Only crossFit shoes that are the best and are not ugly are the Metcons by Nike

This is why nobody takes Crossfit seriously. Fucking pirouettes and monkey business. Day 1 finished and no barbells no dumbells were used. Event 2 was fun but 40 minutes of biking with the stupid last lap rule makes no sense.
Also what actually happened to Medeiros, why doesn't anybody know?? I understand he fell 2 times and had some problems with Dukic but like why wasn't that thing filmed. The reigning champ from the last 2 years had serious hiccups in the first event and they are not milking every bit from that? This sport needs more drama.
Are you kidding me? The gymnastics events are insanely hard and incredibly entertaining to watch. I am soooo impressed with these athletes. This is definitely my favourite event of the games
@@arthurtheaardvark13 they are hard yes. Entertaining idk. Sure some competitors smoke the others in terms of gymnastics skills but its mostly because they have prior experience in that specific sport like DB for example.
