When you were trying to open it you reached over the sterile field a few times to fix the rolled corners. That’s a NO NO. That field is not considered sterile anymore

Reaching over the field when you open the package makes it unsterile

wearing wrist watch and some kind of tape on finger is not good and does not keep sterile.
