YOPIE DIY, man, Thank You for an outstanding video, very useful; liked and subscribed. I was thinking, could i add the 4 LEDs,with the 10k resistors, to the EGS002 on my 3000 watt solar inverter,and keep them there all the time, to see if it's working or not?
It seems possible, but you need to consider that you will install a long cable from the circuit to the LED. This is very risky considering that the interference from power switching received by the cable can be quite large and can interfere with the signal to the MOSFET gate.

Trafo ada yg keluaran 0-220-240, pastikan disambungnya ke yg 0-220. trafo juga yg inputnya 7v bekas ups, klo pake trafo biasa pasang di 6v. Kapasitor output 2u2 atau lebihin dikit juga gpp.

Izin bertanya mas saya punya modul pwm egs002 dan kerusakan nya disebakan oleh pin vs1 yg tidak sengaja terlepas atau solderan nya yg kurang kencang pas waktu pengecekan pwm itu mulai dari ic lm393 sampai ic eg8010 nya panas mas tapi pas ada tegangan masuk di kedua pin 5v dan 12v led merah nyala 2x dan jika dilakukan pergantian ic apakah pwm bisa sembuh atau ada komponen lain yg masih rusak diboard

egs002 nya tidak bermasalah, proteksi baru terjadi pada ifb > 0.5V dan tfb >> 4V. kalo di ground proteksi jadi disable. coba naikan teg ifb ato tfb nya utk test fungsi proteksi.

Remove egs002 from the mainboard then do a function test to find out whether it is good or not. Just a reminder that there is 400 Vdc that may still be stored in the capacitor. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, make sure the capacitor is empty.
@@yopiediy Thank you for reply, But the original board is different it is like this which appear in this video th-cam.com/video/P9ZoUoAxGkE/w-d-xo.html . When I replaced it with EGS002 it works give 220v but Hz not stable 80 to 100 Hz and no over current adjustment not available.
I both one and the module light just blinking 4 times and stop 🛑 not voltage on the signal voltage output just when the light blinking there is 5.89 volt for just 3 seconds and turn off I follow the instructions on the wire diagram and the ic just keep blinking and the broad not staying on even with the 5 volt feedback I add and turn up the potentiometer from 0 to 3 volt the ic just not received the voltage I add the gate voltage to 4 mosfet and all mosfet just burn 🔥 so I use my oscilloscope and the 4 channel of out of phase I think the seller sold me bad product because I see a lot of TH-cam technicians using it and it work for them but my first one I buy is factory damaged
please look at the function test video, before plugging in egs002, set the voltage so that the ifb = 0V, vfb = 3V and tfb = 0 pins. turn off the power then input the egs002 module and turn it on again. if the led on egs002 stays on, it indicates the module is in good condition.
Kalo untuk trafo ukuran 500 watt berarti proteksi di under voltage atau over current, dan apakah aman kalo tidak memakai shunt resistor ketika terjadi konslet, soalnya saya tidak pakai shunt resistor

Saya buat inverter egs 002 menggunakan transistor mosfet z44n 8buah nah pas di tes ke aki Egs 002 nya hidup, lampu di modul nya menyala cuma tegangan dari egs ke trafo nya ga keluar sama sekali di tes untuk menghidupkan lampu ga hidup di ukur pake Multi tester di trafo nya ga jalan sama sekali seperti tidak ada tegangan yang keluar

When insert the card the green led remains off including the red led on the test board. Then red led on the can flash 2 times continuously. The green led never comes on even when I adjust the variables
@@yopiediy the IFB is already in 0v but I have set them back to normal and the red is steady but the green led and the red led on the test light up very faint . I am not sure 10k resistor is recommended for it could be change to 1k what do you think?
@@yopiediy thank alot , it works and the card is good but in my Inverter board do I have to read the same voltage to know if is what is supplying to them because the card is flashing two times which current issue. Now that I know the card is good the problem is from the inverter I build
I bought some egs002 yesterday ic from china and the ic was blank the ic need the program code and didn’t know the ic or all blank that or sole on the internet now I have a lot of ic and don’t know s we hat to fo with 100 ic that I can get the program from because the code or Chinese and this is mess up now I have to order a 100 module anyone need ic I can give you because I don’t know what to do with them
@@yopiediy yes replace the egs002 ic because the inverter short circuit and burn the at the ic and driver ic I replace everything with new parts all the resistor and capacitor or good and diodes on the circuit or at good test all and all is but the the ic don’t not generating any signal the light is supposed to blinking but is staying on and the temperature sensor life is on too it’s supposed to blink and stay till the ntc is switch on but its on I remove the driver ic and then 4 signal appear and for 2 seconds and then the ic get hot and burn I try 30 ic all only one work for a second and stop work I need good spwm ic do you have a serial number of a good type I could use I have a lot of inverter the need spwm drive
@@Dc_tech386 What I experienced was that the eg8010 IC burned because the supply voltage was not good (there was a spike). try checking the Vcc and ground (return path) sections, hopefully it can solve your problem

@Falconperkasa trafo 9Vac ke 220Vac kegedean teg inputnya, perlu yg 7Vac. Bisa dicoba naikin teg input ke 15Vdc liat brp teg output yg bisa didapet.

Umumnya kerusakan ada di ir2110 nya, periksa ic ini juga dan kadang dioda sama kapasitor boostrap nya ikut rusak

@@yopiediy tegangan input sudah setabil 5v dan 12v. Berarti ganti saja yah ir2013 lebih baik ganti 2 atau 1 saja

Gpp emang gitu klo diukur ke ground, yg high side memang sebaiknya diukur ke VS1 dan VS2.

Periksa dulu teg 12v sama 5v yg masuk ke modul ada ga. Klo 5v ga masuk modul memang ga nyala

Klo bisa ga kedip artinya egs002 sudah deteksi outputnya kluar. Coba cek avometer nya normal ga, cek kapasitor output sudah terpasang baik

That means over-current, the voltage on the IFB pin is more than 0.5V. Try lowering it below that by turning the variable resistor for IFB.

under voltage, tegangan keluaran terlalu rendah bisa karena seting trimpotnya kurang atau kalau beban terlalu besar.
Kok punyaku vbt nya gak bisa deteksi low voltage, padahal baru beli
mungkin vfb yang dimaksud, coba langsungkan ke ground pin vfb nya apa masih ga detek under voltage

You mean EG8010? AFAIK the ic was preprogrammed at the factory so it's possible the ic is defective.
