I have my thoughts on this topic and would love to get your perspective. Personally, I feel suburbs in Lusaka East (for proximity to civilisation/amenities) or South of Lusaka for up and coming residentials that will increase in value in a few years to come.

hello. i am interested in moving to zambia but i want to know how i would be able to stay there long term? do i need a specific visa? should i start a business or have to do visa runs? also how many months down payment do we have to put up to move into a place?
