- In this video, we will explore the various tests available for detecting chromosomal abnormalities in fetuses, providing detailed information on each procedure and its benefits. From non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) to amniocentesis, we will discuss how each test works and its potential implications for the health of the baby. Well said talk,, that’s appreciable
Useful info doctor
Doctor said us intermediate risk.. What should we do??
My wife's NT scan and Double marker reports are low risk. Should we go for NIPT ? Or we can skit NIPT ?
With normal NT scan and double marker low risk and no other genetic problem in the family, NIPT is not recommended.
Mammm
U look more like south indian andhra especially,,, am I right mam?
Mam my wife NT is 2.8 mm is it normal 14 weeks
14trisomy detected onicroarray test report of product of conception.
Missed abortion occurred at 15 week..foetal growth restricted at 7week only..my question is what would be future of next pregnancy..what are the chances of reccurnce of this trisomies..is there any one who has experienced same and later on gave birth to healthy child??
Many times these trisomies occur due to cell division during baby formation. Recurrence is less than 1%. But we need to check for parental chromosomal pattern for risk of inheritance in case of multiple miscarriages. Please do contact a geneticist or obstetrician before planning next pregnancy.
I got High Risk in NIPT test and doctors said no hopes for this pregnancy also they said 90% is confirmed that baby will have abnormalities so they suggest us to terminate baby
Then wt the decision U too.
