What I love about Alicia and Taka’s collabs is that they are both wonderfully intelligent and insightful individuals… and then you put them together and they start sharing a brain cell. XD
I really like how Shenron was kind of the true Main Antagonist of this Movie, with him being the one who brought the Canon Antagonists of the Movie to Earth. Kind of felt like we were leading to something like this in this Show, considering how Shenron always appears to be so done with everyone. Anyway, i really wonder how a True Canon Turles would be like?
Towards the end of season 2, there’s a bit with Popo and Shenron isn’t there? “Shall I finally lay waste to this world, master?” You could do something with that in GT I guess. Since Shenron does almost destroy the world twice in that one. I can imagine a DBZA version where the black-star dragon balls were Popo’s original plan to get rid of the “human infestation”. Would probably be a more interesting plot than the original black-star dragon ball saga lol

Maybe that was an assumption because at the time this movie was made, Goku and Raditz were the only two lower-class saiyans depicted in the show, and fact is if you put them up next to each other and chop the hair off, the face structure is very close if not actually identical, but looking back now, I think that was more of the obvious intent to show family resemblance. And then Bardock looked similar too for the same reason. Kind of like how in the Kakarot game, they slipped in the line for Raditz: "You look just like our old man."
I never heard it from anywhere, but I assumed the same. The Saiyan population was only in the low thousands in the 2001-5000ish range so they would definitely have low genetic diversity. Granted, in the real world that still wouldn't lead to many people being THAT identical but I think we can let it slide for a fictional universe haha.
