I think it totally depends on panel.....my TR round was of around 1 hr for position PGET(6lpa) on 22 ....and I did pretty well...yet I think am not selected....day before interview I watched this video and now I can say that maybe she was lucky

Today i got mail that I got selected in hexaware. Now I have a doubt that .....will i surely get the offer letter or is there any possibility for being rejected even after selecting?? And after how many days did you get the offer letter or LOI after the selection mail? Your response will help me thank you!
They won't reject after confirmation...I too didn't get LOI , we will get soon they mentioned.
Even I had same doubt since many companies are rejecting the candidate even after getting selected also they havent provided LOI yet
