Ok, a note to all developers out there : implement an envelope sequencer (like Polyverse's Gatekeeper, which also is a gate sequencer) and a built in quantizer like bordL, and we'll have the best sequencer ever.
Gatekeeper is a beautiful thing, I wish I had it... Actually, all of the Polyverse\Infected Mushroom stuff is amazing.
@@OmriCohen-Music Yeah, and if I'm not mistaken they've announced their next plugin will include all the elements of the first three plus new stuff. Those guys worked 20 years to get their signature sound and now it will be available with the push of a button xD

@@OmriCohen-Music Yeah Wider is one of the best and simplest stereo widening tools I've ever used, but for a while I've been trying to work as hard as I can to get the stereo imaging right in the mix itself so try not to use "cheat" tools like Wider :) But yeah sometimes it can be pretty useful, and it doesn't mess with the phase, which is a big problem with many stereo wideners.
However, while their Polyverse plugins are awesome, from what I heard the Waves Infected Mushroom plugin is a bit of a cash grab. Basically there are other plugins that do the same job, some even better. That's not the case with Polyverse, they take lots of concepts that can be done manually but would take a very long time and make them very easily accessible.
The only problem is, if you don't try to find ways of using them in your own original way, it's very easy to fall in the trap of sounding too much like IM :)

Can the gate mode be written with the cv input some how?
No, not really, but you can try using MicroMap from Stoermelder to map the buttons. You'll have to select the step you want first so this can get quite cumbersome, but it should work.

Now I know how to produce those repeating notes in sequences like Tangerine Dream. I just found a tutorial for a Doepfer 100 hardware modul. They called it "ratteling effect"
Which module is this exactly? The filter?
@@OmriCohen-Music Its the Doepfer A-160 Clock Divider, I can't find the Video anymore. The rotate-clock divider drives the sequencer gate input or something. The gate-lenght varies randomly this way. It was on real, older hardware.
