Michelle is like a Miss Philippines from Miss Universe who is naturally blonde but her heart is purely Pinoy. Pilit mag Tagalog o! She could have talked in English since Pinoys know how to speak English and excused naman sya kung mag English sya the entire time since she is not Filipino at all but her values and her sincere friendship with Pinoys are more touching than anything else. She also eats bagoong and other Pinoy dishes lalo na raw danggit! With that I admired her more. To me, it's not only Sushmita who won the crown in 94, even Michelle Van Eimeren did coz she was so well loved by Filipinos.
