It may be of interest to you that world wide, C&C Generals Zero Hour is one of the most common games played. Extremely popular in China (at least it was before government started restricting on line gaming). You can still get the game and get help to run it on modern systems via reddit (has links to many fan sites). Also, believe it or not, EA has a help desk for updating older game files. They have free mod tools also.

How to install multiple mods?
You can't.
mostly cannot unless the launcher itself are standalone.
only contra 9 beta, shockwave and rotr can be installed toegther, the other mods cannot cause it is affected the entire files.

Shockwave genuinely sucks. It only gives the air force general 1 extra plane. And the super weapons, like the ones in vanilla, are not that great. The only positive is that you can get white napalm. Destructive Forces is much better. The Air Force general gets 5 new planes and a helicopter pad that can build numerous types of helicopters. China gets expanded air power. The GLA gets air power. The super weapons are excellent and will destroy a command center with one shot and one can even destroy 1/4 of the entire map. China is given snipers and All factions are given officers which can call in special abilities like air strikes and para bombs. The USA officers can even call in a Delta Force team that has 4 delta marines, 3 delta missile defenders, and a sniper that can destroy tanks. China gets super overlord tanks that have 4 barrels and come with all three upgrades.

to be honest this game only needs a few better graphics some bug fixes and the its finished if they change it to much its not gonna be good
