All your videos are very helpful thanks. I’ve been managing a lot of atopic dermatitis lately and I’m going to use these pearls this Monday!

Ive had eczema since childhood and it’s been a stressful journey! It’s not easy especially during winter.

In your opinion, how much of eczema is related to diet and gut health? Do you have any good info resources on this? I’ve been looking into the RCP (root cause protocol) and a pro-metabolic diet to support general well-being which hopefully helps my skin too. Thanks!

Hi Jesse - There is not sufficient evidence that dietary changes can prevent eczema but UpToDate noted a study where 50% of children with eczema had a positive skin prick test or IgE response to one or more food allergen. There is likely some overlap which would be patient specific. nationaleczema.org provides great resources on this subject.
