You have a guy who has multiple championships in USAC, an IndyCar Championship, 3 NASCAR Championships and is in numerous different Halls of Fame, who chooses to participate in the NHRA in a big way. That's a big deal.
Not long after Tony purchased Don Schumacher's assets to field teams for Matt and Leah, Rick Ware purchased the assets of the team Clay Millican drove for, and pumped real money into the team.
Maybe you don't love seeing the sport grow??

@@freeskier175 you wouldn't like my true opinions. You brag about you in drag racing but didn't answer the question. Why Not? I did quite well in NHRA drag racing since 1970. One of my former AA/FC cars is at Don Garlits Museum in Ocala FL. WTF did you ever accomplish in drag racing? I set 3 NHRA records in E/G, D/G, and E/MP. Won a few class championships as well. Won twice at 2022 NE Nationals last summer in N H with two different cars.
