After watching several fight for survival videos I knew it would be hard to sleep, and then yours popped up! That will do the job, ✌️
Ha! Not sure if that is a compliment or not by putting you to sleep! ;) I do have a really mellow voice in these that's for sure. Thanks either way and sleep well!
Not put me to sleep at all, just redirected my mind.

I get such a kick out of you you're such a great Storyteller you make this so much fun
I've worked in my house before and changed a lot of stuff around and I understand how much work it is when you tell your stories you make this fun to watch and you are so talented..
thank you for the wonderful videos
Found your SIGHT a few weeks ago and I enjoy just catching up on all the old ones to where you are now.
God bless and keep you safe.
Thank you so much for the kind words! Much appreciated!
Here in Carolina...i know the struggle. One man team here too! Stay strong Brotherman!
Thanks! I can be rough going solo but it just brings more pride to the job when it's done I feel.
Its coming along well, just wish you had some help
Me too! Although I do like the idea of having done this all by myself. I did just talk to my dad tonight and he said he wants to come up next June for a week to help me work. He did that when I built my tiny house. It was a big help.
00:21 Very nice!
I can’t wait, this is so cool to watch.
Thanks for that. Glad it's entertaining!

Thanks!
Keep up the good work...
Thank you!
starting to come together very nice. I'd like to see if you could post a drawing of what the layout or footprint of the trailer to get a better idea of what it will look like....
Thanks! I'm going with the stock layout for the most part since I actually liked it a lot, minus making the old furnace closet into a pantry since I'm planning on using mini splits. I do have a drawings I made of the dimensions so I'll try and get those in a video soon. I plan on taking the winter off so maybe I'll make some more video's about that kind of thing, and budgeting etc.
No shoulders or window were destroyed.. Good day Looking Good!
Ha! And the back was only slightly sore the next morning! Thanks!
@@thesomewhathandyman9400 It looked like it should Hurt! Something Somewhere!
What is your cost so far during that I have a 60s model mobile home on a piece of property that needs completely redone thinking about taking it completely down to the subfloor and then bringing it back up
One of these day I swear I'm going to make a video about it! Ha! But so far I'm in to it about $15k in materials. I'd say I have to drop about another $10K to get it the way I want it. Hope that helps.
I wanted to extend my mobile home but I needed to ask you do you think I would need any type of legal paperwork such as building contracts or any type of permits of any kind just by adding a room or making the home bigger than what it is
I think it all depends on where you live. In Washington state we need permits for pretty much everything but I know a lot of states in the south and mid west really don’t care when it comes to mobile homes. I would go to your county’s building departments website and see what they have to say about mobile homes. If you’re lucky they won’t mind what you do to a mobile. Best of luck!
